Cardax ISPO Announcement
We are incredibly proud to announce CardaxDEX will be launching its Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISPO). It will start on July 4th 2022 (Epoch 349) and run for 5 months, ending on 1st December 2022 (Epoch 379). The first snapshot will be at the beginning of Epoch 349.
Why is Cardax doing an ISPO?
During this downturn in the economy and crypto market, we wanted to give those who have been following our progress from the start and anyone else who is interested, a way to make their ADA work from them.
Secondly, this will also help with brand awareness and liquidity when the Cardax DEX launches. More CDX in circulation means more people will know about Cardax and greater liquidity will be available on the DEX.
And lastly, it will also help us to achieve our strategy of growing our internal tech team and paying for operations of the DEX in order to keep the cost of transactions low for our users.
How to Participate in the Cardax ISPO
To participate in our ISPO you must stake your ADA in one of our Stake Pools (See below). Rewards will be paid out in our CDX tokens, with a maximum set aside for rewards of 20 million CDX.
When does the Cardax ISPO start?
The ISPO’s first snapshot is July 4th, starting with epoch 349. Delegate during epoch 348 to be included in the first epoch!
How long will the Cardax ISPO run?
The ISPO will last for 30 epochs, ending December 1st with the last snapshot being taken in epoch 379
Which pools should we delegate to participate in the Cardax ISPO?
The Cardax ISPO will be held on 2 pools, CARDAX1 and CARDAX2, starting with epoch 349.
How many tokens are allocated for the ISPO?
The ISPO will distribute 20,000,000 CDX.
How are CDX rewards calculated?
Every epoch, Cardax ISPO will reward xx CDX tokens. Those tokens will be distributed in proportion to the amount of ADA staked. With a variable reward conversion, we cannot estimate how much a delegator will earn in rewards.
When will delegators receive their CDX tokens?
CDX tokens will be airdropped to the delegator’s wallet after the ISPO completes, based on a vesting schedule.
